They are very knowable about the Mornington rental market recommending rent increases when necessary & even inviting me to attend a house inspection of my property. All of these have made my relationship with the agency very rewarding certainly on behalf. I have had no problems at all when communicating with property managers & all repairs have been carried out to the benefit to me,the owner, & to the tenant. We have been dealing with Jacobs and Lowe for many years and they have managed several properties on our behalf. We have never had any trouble with finding quality tenants and this is done with a very professional approach. We are well informed of the state of our properties regularly and are always able to attend inspections if required. Maintenance requests are relayed to us with detailed descriptions and repaired followed up very quickly. The staff are always very nice and work diligently to achieve the best results so we can provide good rental homes. We would highly recommend the Rental department. I visited the property and indicated my willingness to rent this property. I also requested the tenancy to commence in three weeks time. After the inspection I was returning home when they rang me (15 minutes after I had inspected the property) and said that the property was mine. Incredible service.
