We haven't had dealings with Jacobs and Lowe before. We found Kim very friendly and easy to talk to. I was feeling very apprehensive about renting as I have not rented before. The process was explained in a very friendly and courteous manner. I couldn't believe that we found out on the same day that we had been successful in obtaining the rental property. (A big weight off our shoulders. Short settlement on our house) The staff at reception have been very kind and approachable. I had been to another real estate agent months before to obtain renting advice. The advice was helpful , but the delivery of the information was a lot less friendly and I felt rushed. Friendliness and a genuine nice personality goes a long way. Thank You, Kim.
