Danielle did a great job and was happy to meet with us for the final inspection and later when we had finished sprucing the property up. Her market knowledge gave us confidence when it came to setting rental price and the work in getting new tenants was thorough and timely. Danielle also had a good list of trade contacts which we were able to use during the renovations. If we had to repeat this property update and campaign to find suitable tenants we would have no hesitation in using Danielle again.
