We recently purchased our first home and Elise was one of the agents representing the vendor. The amount of care and attention she showed to us, the purchasers, was truly unexpected. She helped us with all our pre AND post auction questions, and one day, when an NBN technician showed up at the house pre-settlement with zero notice, she dropped what she was doing and raced over with the keys to let him in. She also took time out to let us into the house pre-settlement to take measurements for our new furniture and appliances etc. Elise went above and beyond what I would have imagined an agent for "the other side" would do for us, and for that I can't help but just feel really lucky as we didn't really do anything to deserve such a kind and friendly agent! They spare you the typical real estate agent waffle and give straight talking honesty all the way - a pleasant relief from the perceived norm! From our initial meeting through to auction they were both first class.
