We recently decided to sell our property after the tenants gave notice that they would be moving out. Residing outside of Metropolitan Melbourne, we were unable to visit the property, so needed someone that we can trust to manage the sale of the house - while being as hand-off as we possibly can. Lily to the rescue! After our first chat my wife and I both knew that the property would be in great hands with her. She managed everything from getting it renovated for sale, styled and put on the market. She kept us informed at every stage of the process and always sought our decisions and opinions when anything came up that needed to be resolved.
