Once selecting Jas Stephens as the agency to sell our mother’s house in Yarraville, we were connected with Lily Durnan and Craig Stephens who worked in tandem as a great team. Reassuringly, from the beginning both displayed a very thorough knowledge of the broader and local housing market. Lily was our regular point of contact and was always a pleasure to deal with. At all times she was highly professional, friendly and accomodating, and no query was a bother to her. On a practical level she was able to give sound advice on the presentation of the property, and was meticulous in keeping us updated throughout the marketing campaign.
