As buyers, we didn't have a great deal of contact with George, but when we did he was always helpful and friendly. We'd have been happy to use him to sell our property, but Jas Stephens don't operate in our area, so he referred us to an agent who does. We ultimately signed up with that agent.

John represented the buyer and we were the winning bidders at auction. Generally some agents share too many details and play both sides off. Even when pressed John held firm and would not share any further information that the seller had not approved. After the purchase John and the team were professional and requested if it was ok to meet the previous owners who wanted to wish us well.
