John sold our high end property in Yarraville in 2019 and was approached to sell our Sunshine North investment property in 2021. Two very different properties distinguished by age, price and location. John's approach to selling Sunshine North was characterized by the same professionalism, process and effort that he displayed in selling Yarraville. A lack of response from anticipated purchasers characterized the initial open for inspections conducted under the cloak of Covid and increasing media speculation about rising interest rates.
