Branko is an excellent communicator and operates with full integrity. He took on the sale of our property from end to end and we were constantly updated on progress. We really appreciate the dedication and professionalism demonstrated by Branko and we are happy with the final result.

We recently purchased a property in West Footscray and Jade was lovely to deal with. She grew up in the area, so knows it inside out and understands the market intimately. Her communication was on the money too - she was always available and very responsive.

There was never any doubt we would use Branko at Jas Stephens to sell our West Footscray property. No one knows our area better than Jas. Branko did an excellent job of giving feedback to us on what we needed to improve prior to the selling campaign. We took his feedback on board and the property presented really well. Branko was great at garnishing interest, we had a huge number of interested parties inspecting the property in the first few days. There was so much interest we bought the auction forward and Branko got us a sensational result. We could not have been happier with the result or the level of service we received from Branko.

I purchased my property from Branko and then sold it through him 14 years later. During that time (which included a period it was held as an investment property) Branko has been our trusted advisor whenever we have had decisions to make. He has been professional, honest and ethical in every aspect of our contact with him. His management of the sale process- including advice on timing and presentation- was spot on and achieved a great outcome. We felt 100% comfortable we were in safe hands the whole way through.

Elise was an absolute angel to deal with throughout the whole process, start to finish. Her level of communication in ensuring all my questions were answered, was wonderful. She was extremely accomodating, working around my hours to ensure I was able to view the property as much as I liked, prior to purchasing. Thank you Elise for making the experience of my first purchase a little less daunting.
