My experience with Tate was one that left my nerves relax. He understood the market he was working in with very good credibility from past auctions, it was no doubt he was the best choice. He made the process extremely simple and made sure that I did not have much to worry about. He is very approachable and very easy to speak to. Definitely recommend him if you plan to sell or buy a property in the West Footscray area.

We sold two properties using Tate Moore and could not have dreamed for better results from both auctions. Tate delivers on all of his promises. His diligence and tenacious attitude was the sole reason our most recent property sold well above our expectations. Tate introduced the underbidder who had seen the house online but had no intention of inspecting the property. If it wasn't for Tate following up old leads and matching potential buyers from his database with our home the result would have been much different. Tate showed genuine care throughout our campaigns and he clearly communicated all options and scenarios making our experience as stress free as auctioning a home could be.

We initially thought of Branko as the agent to sell our house, as we bought the house from him and had a really great experience then. When we contacted him about selling he remembered who we were which we thought was great. He took the time to come out to see us to discuss selling and answered all our questions in detail. We felt very comfortable with him and thought he went the extra step to show he wanted to work with us and would do his best to get the best outcome for us. This is why we decided to choose him as our agent. Jas Stephens also has a very good reputation which was an extra bonus. Branko made the whole process extremely easy for us. Everything from start to finish was very smooth, communication was fantastic and we got a result better than we were expecting. Overall very happy we chose to work with Branko and Jas Stephens.

We chose Branko Lemaic and Jas Stephens to sell our property after purchasing the property through them a number of years ago. Branko developed a great relationship with us an was available for timely and honest advice during those years around how to maximise the value of our home. When we did decide to sell Branko stepped in and ensured the process was smooth and stress free. His advice was critical in getting the home on the market with minimum fuss. He was easy to deal with, open and transparent throughout and managed the process from end to end. The whole Jas Stephens team ensured the open process was seamless and successful. The auction strategy session was very helpful, ensuring we were all on the same page come auction day. On the day we were able to leave it in Branko's capable hands and we were delighted with the result. We have been looking for a house for over 2 years. Many people will agree that it is by far one of the most daunting and stressful experience. Fortunately, George was the agent we were dealing it.
