We chose Jas H Stephens for a number of reasons. Their location in Yarraville provided a connection to prospective buyers looking for a high quality home in an area that was close to the Inner West prime locations , but in their price range. Branko also had an intimate knowledge of the Inner West market, and a fantastic understanding of the Sunshine area. This knowledge was combined with a short,sharp,efficient and collaborative campaign.Communications during the campaign were clear and to the point, along with the pre auction documentation. The result was a record sell price for our area, beyond our expectations. In all , a fantastic experience.

Branko was both personable and professional from start to finish. We had a very short sales cycle but Branko worked very hard, opening for inspections twice at weekends and showing people around during the week.
