Considering the unusual and difficult circumstances, John's approach was what worked and what sold our property in the quickest time possible with a great result that I was not expecting at all. We recently sold our property through JAS Stephens using Branko as our agent. We found the whole process from start to finish completely transparent and most importantly "stress free". Branko and his colleagues (Cherie, Helen and Chris) guided us the whole way, giving us constant updates (house preparation tips for sale, photo and booklet brochure guidance, and our preferred inspection and auction time). The highlight being the lead up to the auction, with Branko providing us a Pre Auction Report and talking us through the auction process beforehand. He let us know the likely buyers and then informed us on auction day of their attendance: this giving us great confidence and reassurance that our house would sell.
