Selling a family home was not a task we were looking forward to. But Alex from Jas H Stevens Real Estate made the process an unpressured and easy experience. We were given realistic price estimates and clear explanations for the multiple scenarios that may unfold once the property was on the market. I made a decision to delay the sale on a couple of occasions and Alex was happy to accommodate this each time. His easy going manner was not what I would have expected and his informative updates surpassed our expectations. The decision to go to auction rather than private sale was based on strategic meetings with Craig and Alex and proved to be a correct reading of the market. The auction itself was a touch unusual with all the bidders being hesitant in their approach. Craig, as the auctioneer, settled our nerves and guided the auction to a really positive outcome. Not surprisingly my family were completely satisfied with the experience and could only endorse both Alex and Craig.
