We sold our unit in Footscray in February 2024 and I could not have been happier. Tate did absolutely everything for us. We preferred an off market sale, so he carefully combed through his contacts, showed numerous potential customers through, worked with a number of customers tirelessly, to achieve the price that we desired. He was always available at short notice to meet us on site, or discuss issues over the phone and provide practical advice. Would not hesitate to approach Tate again, if I need to sell further properties in his catchment area.
