At initial consult Jacob had done all his homework and suggested a figure 70 grand above what I thought my home would get and in the end he was spot on His negotiation skills and his feedback/consulting with me I could not have asked for any more than the service he delivered Thanks mate

Our dealings with Gunn & Co., through Josif, have been incredibly pleasant, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend both to people looking for a fantastic real estate agent. Josif is not only a very knowledgeable agent, with a great understanding of the market and buyers, but he is also an incredibly easy person to work with. Friendly, down to earth, reliable and trustworthy, Josif just feels like a real person rather than the stereotypical overly slick salesman you imagine when you think of an estate agent. In addition to being a delight to work with, Josif is very professional. He’s always quick to respond to any messages, exceptionally accomodating around whatever your situation might be, and is very well informed on the realities of real estate. We were also quite impressed that he would follow up on potential buyers after the open house to see how genuine they were, and how likely they were to actually commit to a purchase. There is no real estate agent we would recommend more.
