James made a name for himself in and around Highgate and Mount Lawley, selling one bedroom units, and was the outstanding market performer in this segment. June 2002 James became a partner with Realty Executives Keith Howes and Associates and continued to expand his specialised market share to sell strata property in all areas surrounding Perth and was soon selling several units per week in Maylands, Victoria Park, Wembley and Mount Lawley/Highgate. Following his success selling for residential agencies, James decided to continue his success with Coldwell Banker Pro Property in the CBD. This firm helped James' knowledge in other areas of real estate and reaffirmed his model of specialising in a single market segment. James Dene Property was born in 2010 with James Yeoman and Dene Christall selling one and two bedroom units all around the city. James Dene Property grew and merged with Key Performance Realty (KPR) in 2012 to form a formidable team with James' experience selling large quantities of strata property and Paul’s experience in project management and selling project strata property.
