We recently leased a unit in Sutherland with the help of Lisa and Jaryd. They did an amazing job when dealing with us, both were extremely efficient and the process was fast. The whole experience was absolutely seamless from start to finish and I would not hesitate to recommend their services to anyone. True professionalism with a smile.

Considered myself lucky to deal with Laing and Simmons/ Miranda from the very beginning. I’ve rented a unit in Sutherland for two and a half years and believe that the people from Laing and Simmons are the real professionals. From my experience: - Clear and polite communications without any delay either by phone or email - All property maintenance requests attended in a shortest time - Plenty of time has been always given to prepare for the proprty inspections - Clarity and honesty in money matters, eg- rental payments, bond - Whatever the need, request or a question I had- they always been there for me. Not to mention some yammy things left once the inspection done. :) Most of my time I deualt with Lisa Moore, the property manager and it’s always been a pleasure. Thank you.

I highly recommend Laing + Simmons, Miranda. A boutique office with a small knit team, work well together and are always professional. Every query was answered efficiently. Went out of their way when the office was closed to assist with my move.

We are with Laing + Simmons Miranda for almost 4 years now. When we first arrived to Australia, we were not aware about it’s rental market, procedures and were completely lost looking for a place to live. But how lucky we were to inspect our first unit here with L+S Miranda! Everybody is always so helpful, professional, supportive, guiding us through the processes, helping, explaining all the details. It just couldn’t be better =) Thank you so much for taking care of us then and now. Anna and Kon

this is the first time I have rented on my own and the staff have been just wonderful to me during this stressful time. Jared showed my the property and he was very helpful and knowledgeable and answered my numerous questions graciously, then once I had secured the property Stephen and Lisa have been fantastic. thank you to all of you.

L&S have been brilliant to deal to with. All the way from the initial property inspection, subsequent walk throughs and finally putting pen to paper on the lease agreement. Jaryd Creswell was our Property manager and was fantastically helpful. Jaryd was friendly, knowledgeable and caring. Going well out of his way to make sure all of our queries and concerns were met and pacified. I cannot thank Jaryd and the team enough. They have been brilliant throughout the whole process. Will certainly be looking to Jaryd to help us with our next move!

I just wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for making our move from Brisbane a smooth one! With two babies under one it was going to be stressful, but thanks to yourselves it wasn't! Laing and Simmons Miranda even took our call at 6pm when we had arrived as our power wasn't on. They pointed us in the right direction and saved us lots of hassle! We have since recommended friends to rent through yourselves! Thanks again!

Over the years i have experienced a few Real Estate Agencies that are no match for L&S Miranda. Michelle, Stephen, Lisa, Fran & co. have all been very helpful, friendly and considerate towards my circumstances. I know who they are and they know who i am, this helps me trust them with any property for inspections and repairs. On occasions where i have required repairs their responses has been really quick and i know what's happening at every stage, even more so at times of urgency. The workmanship of their trades are of a high standard too. I have noticed they are very knowledgeable of the market in the area and in my past searches for properties they have mentioned other properties that they think would be better suited for me, two of them i ended up moving into. Overall a very pleasant experience. Thank you.

We had the absolute pleasure of renting a property that was managed by the team at Laing and Simmons Miranda. During every interaction we had with them we were pleasantly surprised by the level of service and the thorough nature that they went about the jobs. Examples of this range from the frequency of updates throughout the application process whereby we were kept in the loop at every step of our application, through to the extremely prompt response to maintenance requests where is most cases we had a response within a couple of hours outlining what the next steps were. From an owners point of view there were thorough and regular inspections of the property with a detailed report outlining any works that needed to take place to keep the property in good condition. I would have no hesitation in recommending Michelle, Lisa and the team at Laing and Simmons Miranda to any property owner looking for a thorough agent to ensure that their asset is well looked after or a tenant who is looking for an agent who will treat you with respect and honesty. Thanks again to the team at Laing and Simmons Miranda.

Over a long period of time now my family have used Laing and Simmons Miranda to manage our rental properties. We’ve received regular and honest property inspection reports and that is a wonderful way to keep on top of maintenance for each property. Keeps both us and the tenants happy. We’re able to seek advice on rental reviews of pricing and best of all our tenants have been thoroughly vetted and have been of the highest standard. Can’t recommend Laing and Simmons rental team highly enough.
