When you think of Real Estate Agents you generally think of Car Salesman. Daniel is the most refreshing Agent I have come across in such a long time. His knowledge is incredible and what I love the best about him, besides that he is incredibly handsome, is that he is extremely realistic and honest. Everyone wants their house to break records in their area and in ours eyes it is worth every cent, however Daniel give it to you in Black and White. His research is thorough and gives you all the sales of what has sold in your area so you have a good understanding of what your property is worth. He sold my previous property and found another one for us to purchase straight away. The transaction was incredibly smooth and we moved out of the old and into the new on the same day and could not be happier. Where do I start... Daniel and Ben have restored our faith in Real Estate Agents. They kept constant contact, gave us information that was not only current but exact. They didn't embellish/mislead/deceive or give us false hope in anyway. Daniel's ability to read the market was incredibly precise. Together with Ben, the boys proved to be formidable team. They kept us up to date everyday with contact. They calmed my nerves, always answered our calls and created an incredible campaign that met ALL our Expectations. They are incredibly humble men who at every turn made us feel comfortable and gave us every scenario that could have transpired during the Campaign. This was probably the most valuable information that anyone selling a house could have. The Auction was a huge success and what they delivered was not only a brilliant price but a quick and seamless transaction between the new buyers and us. Champagne flowed, so did a few tear and with a swipe of Daniels's pen (a gift from his lovely wife) the sale was done.
