When I was out looking at houses for sale and considering selling my home a Lead Estate Agent was present at one viewing and took my details. He was about the only agent who rang me to see how I was getting on with my sale/search planning. I told him I was still considering my options and he agreed to call later in the year. He kept his promise and called me around the time I had finally decided that selling my home was what I needed to do. He (I am sorry but I do not remember his name) arranged for a meeting at their Eastwood Offices where George and Gemma explained the selling process. Their approach was honest and realistic and, once the decision to sell had been made, the wheels were quickly set in motion. George and Gemma kept we well informed during the process and my house was sold between the first and second open inspections getting me a very suitable price whilst avoiding the stress of going to auction.
