He’s relationship with buyers is a huge selling point for why Nathan, he knows the buyers so well, he ensured the right buyers came through the house & had a honest negotiation amongst them. Others offered us VIP opens & all agent team walk throughs etc…it’s for show far as we can tell. We just needed the right agent, who knows the details, the area & has the right buyers portfolio lined up.
