The true measure of anyone's business and professional acumen is the day-to-day practicalities of getting things done. Anyone can present a front, but can they perform? Josh can and did. Every time I needed something done he sorted it out. No fanfare just straightforward action. This was very important as it was a deceased estate, and I was in the middle of grief and dealing with a tumult of issues well beyond the house sale.
