Once we agreed for Nathan to be our agent he efficiently got the houses up on the market and sold them even more efficiently! We were happy with the advertised price and the eventual sale price. Nathan kept us up to date with steps in the selling process and offers throughout. The whole process was made so easy and we were overjoyed to see it sold in just over a week!!
