Nathan was brilliant on the sale of the house, really helped guide on details of the decisions, helping us make a plan A, plan B & C if we needed it. He’s relationship with buyers is a huge selling point for why Nathan, he knows the buyers so well, he ensured the right buyers came through the house & had a honest negotiation amongst them. Others offered us VIP opens & all agent team walk throughs etc…it’s for show far as we can tell.
