Josh grew up locally, so he believed in our house and in the neighbourhood. From the time Josh initially contacted us the morning after we submitted an online enquiry, his knowledge of the state of the market and what we could expect to get for our place enabled us to agree on a fair auction guide price, and we ended up selling above that.
