Athena was very pleasant when my daughter and I inspected the property. She followed up next day by phone and told me that I was selected to move into this delightful "Cabin" A week or couple of days later I went to the office of LJ Hooked to sign the necessary papers . A very pleasant lady received me and guided me through the process. On the Monday following Athina was waiting for me at the property with the bunch of keys and wished me "Good Luck" with the move. Since then Athina has contacted me a couple of times to make sure everything was ok. She requested certain "changes" on my behalve from my landlady and has been very helpful.

My review relates to the service we experienced with Ms Taylor Brown in re-letting our property in Giralang. Our property while in good condition did require some work after almost 20 years of renting. Ms Brown was most helpful in providing suggestions and guidance in respect of work might be done and was at efficient in allowing and supervising access to the property. Ms Brown was prompt in advertising the property and was successful in identifying potential clients after the very first open day. She was also attuned to our needs and those of the tenant and was efficient in facilitating communication between ourselves and the tenants. Ms Brown has a cheerful disposition and was a pleasure to deal with. Well done Ms Brown!
