Our property while in good condition did require some work after almost 20 years of renting. Ms Brown was most helpful in providing suggestions and guidance in respect of work might be done and was at efficient in allowing and supervising access to the property. Ms Brown was prompt in advertising the property and was successful in identifying potential clients after the very first open day. She was also attuned to our needs and those of the tenant and was efficient in facilitating communication between ourselves and the tenants.
