Great personal service
While my experience dealing with LJ Hooker up to the point of being advised that I was the successful tenant differed little from other agencies I cannot speak highly enough of the wonderful support provided to help me work through the process of establishing my lease and all of the things that go with that process. The consultant I dealt with was delightful to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble. She was very confident and across the whole process in intimate detail. She helped me understand what's expected of me and my rights as a tenant in a way that made me feel comfortable that I would be treated fairly at all times. Very impressed.
