I loved working with Corinne to sell my property. She is one of the most professional & ethical people I have met and she surrounds herself with people who have the same values. I live in Sydney and was selling a rental property that needed renovations to maximise the sales price. Corinne was honest on what needed to be done to sell the property and then gave me names of tradespeople to get the job done. I was very stressed about organising things from a distance, but thanks to Corinne and her contacts the process was so much easier than expected. Corinne basically project managed the renovations and dealt with all the tradespeople coming to the house. Corinne’s eye for detail found all the small issues that building inspectors look for and had them fixed before the first open home. The styling was organised by Corinne, and I think that really sold the property. It presented beautifully as a family home, and I, like everyone else who saw the finished product, fell in love with it. As a result, we got a sale after the first open home, with a price I was over the moon about. I cannot thank Corinne enough for her knowledge of the market, experience with the sales process and personal advice to me on how to get the best result.
