Nyree sold our Investment Property for us and we have had nothing but a positive and wonderful experience. What can I say about Corinne Guterres that would sum up how amazing, incredibly supportive and understanding she has been through this whole process of selling our much loved home. I'll try my best. Our process all starting months ago as a "what if we wanted to sell". Corrine was our go to girl and the only one we would trust with our sale. She is so knowledgeable with all things real estate in the mount cotton and surrounding areas and talked us through the whole process to reassure us (more so me) without any pressure at all to actual list. Fast forward a few months and we handed our keys to Corinne to sell 2 days before we flew out for an overseas holiday and she staged the whole house with all of her own personal cushions, flowers, plants ect. Now how many people would have an agent that goes to that length and you could trust that much.
