She had excellent market knowledge and the latest market trends, so when she gave us a market estimate it was realistic. After signing up, we went away for a 5 week holiday, during that time, her communication and responsiveness was praise worthy. We did not have to worry about anything, she communicated between the property manager, solicitor, buyer and us. She showcased the ability to navigate challanges and solve problems without bothering us on our holiday. Organised B&P inspections and followed up with all the corrective works required.
