Selling of my SMSF property
I instigated Ed's services via his LJ Hooker signage for another property listing in the same strata as my property. His valuation/appraisal came in at a much better price than a local competitor, and was able to achieve this price in the end, which he placed his name and reputation too. For this I find Edward very honest and professional, and he shows he will work towards achieving the best possible outcome for his clients.
