I had an unrealistic price expectation for the unit, following online generic valuations, and Alex was open and honest throughout the process about how to realistically price the property in order to achieve a sale. He provided regular updates and was always willing to answer my questions or queries. An initial offer didn't proceed and whilst I was disheartened, Alex was confident in achieving a sale, and he was right!
