Alex is knowledgeable of the area, very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and he was quick to respond to any questions we had. The sale went along effortlessly and remarkably quickly with only 3 days on the market; One private viewing and an hour later an offer was in. Alex and his team worked efficiently and professionally to achieve an excellent result for us.

Ben was really approachable, friendly and wasn't pushy which is extremely important for me. He demonstrated genuine care and really made me feel at ease with the whole process. If I had any concerns, I felt comfortable and confident to contact Ben. He also kept in touch with me to help me get all paperwork completed for settlement. In addition Ben was really helpful in negotiating with the owner regarding any conditions related to the sale of the property. I would highly recommend Ben to future buyers or sellers.
