We have met Ben on several occasions when he has been selling other properties. These dealings were the main reason we chose to list with Ben. Polite, easy to deal with, followed through with every thing discussed and we never had to chase information. We enjoyed a quick sale because the buyers were already dealing with Ben and they probably felt comfortable with him also. All in all a very good experience.

Fast, knowledgeable to the point and not too pushy. Good balance between buyer and seller. Great knowledge about the area.

Ben was very knowledgeable on the area we sold our unit in. His approach is very calm and that gives you confidence in his work. I will work with Ben again when selling in the future.

Ben was one of the very few Agents that really understood how difficult it is with a very busy schedule to go and view these properties during work hours. As busy as he was, he made it happen and i was able to view the Apartment i had looked at several times, but i couldnt get to the Open Homes during advertised open for inspection times. Ben has great people skills and a genuine passion for the job he does so well. When i am ready to sell, i will definitely come back to Ben, and already recommending him to everyone who discusses Real Estate with me. Thanks Ben!
