Negotiation done with vendor not agent. ( No fault of agent) When asked agent did not offer any other properties to view. I am actually looking for a more up market property as well, this current property will be for investment purposes only later. Ray White, Atherton will confirm I purchased 1 property to reside in and 2 as investments previously, their agent realized there was cash available and made sure the 1.2m was spent with her.

We sold our property from interstate where the laws do differ. When you sell your property you have to have a lot of trust in your real estate agent especially when you are interstate. Ben was able to show why he should be trusted, and helped us to understand the differences with the process for QLD.
