The value of having the right agent
I can honestly say - if you want an agent that will work with you, then go above and beyond for you, Ben is the agent to have. There was nothing Ben would not do to facilitate a smooth purchase. You can only truly judge a person when things are not going quite right, that is when having the right person is worth the most. Ben was definitely the right person, I was very fortunate to have him.

Ben was wonderful to work with. Nothing was too much trouble. I was particularly impressed when purchasing that I was not pressured however once I decided to buy, negotiations and signing of contract were completed within 24 hours. Ben responded to all calls promptly and with knowledgeable answers. A gentleman and extremely professional.

No hesitation in recommending Ben Latimer
One thing we always thought was important in the selling process is the agent needs to be genuine and likeable, because if we think they are genuine and likeable then buyers will hopefully see the same in them. Ben has those qualities in spades. Ben stuck with us, importantly listening to our concerns and expectations, providing consel when most needed. In the end, we sold our house for exactly what we wanted, and that was down to the relationship he built and fostered during the sales process. I am pretty sure the buyers of our house would give a similar appraisal.
