Cannot recommend Nathan enough.
Nathan sold our house within 10 days of it going on the market, and for higher than asking price. We were very happy with his professionalism, and attention to detail. Cannot recommend Nathan enough.

Saj really knowledgeable and very helpful following up something missing or something to be fix in the house. He absolutely on top of it. He is also understand about the client situation and willing to negotiable for the service price.

Nathan Frisina SOLD IT
Initially we met with numerous Agents prior to selling our Southern River property. We needed someone who not only had excellent knowledge of the area - but would hold firm to the price we needed, yet still bring in the right type of buyers to view the property too. Needless to say; after interviewing various Agents, Nathan was our choice; and we didn't look back. For what is usually a stressful time, Nathan made the whole experience seamless. He regularly kept up in the loop with who was interested and why, and even gave us tips on what to do and change based on potential buyer feedback. Finding an Agent to go above and beyond isn't easy, so his service was a breath of fresh air. We now recommend Nathan to all our friends and family if they're selling. Selling and buying property is one of the biggest decisions you'll make. Leave it to an expert like Nathan - you'll be glad you did!

SOLD in 5 days!
We are extremely happy with the service provided by Nathan. His knowledge of the area and of the current market were invaluable. We were given great marketing advice and the photographer Nathan organised was excellent! Due to this our home was SOLD (above asking price) within 5 days of going onto the market! We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Nathan to anyone selling their home.

Top agent who goes the extra mile
Saj is a great agent who goes to great lengths to make the deal happen. As a buyer, I noticed he was very connected with the seller and consistently on call at all hours. Our purchase nearly fell over due to a disagreement over the banks valuation but Saj successfully contested the valuation in a very short timeframe. I will definitely use Saj's services in the future when buying/selling homes.

Excellent Agent
I can highly recommend Saj as an agent to buy or sell your next property. He is a very dedicated professional, on one instant driving to my house to get my signature when I couldn't make it to the office. He's also very personable and a pleasure to work with. I strongly recommend him for any deal within the metro Perth area.
