The task of selling the Family home...Made easy, Thanks to Saj
Am writing this, On behalf of my elderly parents Jim & Kath Archbold who have had a wonderful lifetime of Living the daunting task of having to sell their family home to achieve some transitional downsizing in life was a massive event to them. With Saj as their selected home representative he displayed his determination, passion and drive to put his clients first and they gained the confidence and peace of mind needed in what would normally have been a very stressful time to a couple in their situation. The resultant sale of the home was quickly achieved and my parents very happy as the advertised asking price was accepted. We would recommend Saj as your Home representative as his successful selling techniques, product knowledge and achieving client satisfaction which is important to him, is a testament to all his hard work .

If you're looking for a professional Agent - look no further than Nathan.
When I was initially looking for an Agent to sell this property, many either took their time to respond - or simply weren't interested in getting the best potential price. A number of Agents informed me about the difficulties, as well as the low price they'd want to sell it at. I however knew that with the right optimistic Agent - I could get a more reasonable price, and make the sale worth its while. Nathan was confident, reasonable, and professional through the while process. Remaining optimistic whilst meeting with potential buyers, Nathan kept me in the loop with who was interested, things we can do to enhance the property for a better price, all the while making me feel as a seller that I wasn't "just another number". Excellent service from a very hardworking young man.
