I was interested in purchasing an investment property in Thornlie and had been to a few 'home opens' but the one I decided to make an offer for was managed by Anthony. He was very knowledgeable about the neighbourhood, the surrounding facilities and future development proposals. He also had good relevant information about the previous owner and. Apparently he ad advised them on making improvements prior to putting it on the market. After the offer was accepted and prior to settlement, he assisted in providing the names of trades-persons who had worked on, and were familiar with, the property so that I could utilise their services with confidence. All in all, it was a good experience dealing with ANthony.
