Easy to deal with
Right from the start Kate was a very easy person to deal with. She was friendly, knowledgeable and most importantly honest and transparent. We were kept informed throughout the process and we would recommend her to anyone.

Great agent
Kate has been very upfront and transparent in answering our queries. Very prompt in replying emails and was even available via mobile. On the day of auction she put us at ease to make the whole daunting process a pleasureable experience.

Excellent Agent!
Kate has just sold another property of ours. Once again we found Kate to be a true professional. She is always bright and cheery and nothing was too much trouble for her. Approachable and lovely to deal with
From a buyer's perspective Kate was a great agent to deal with. We never felt pressured to commit to the sale but she was always responsive and helpful when we had questions. When we did decide to make an offer Kate represented the seller's wishes in a clear and professional manner while remaining friendly and easy to negotiate with. She was always open and we felt we could trust her advice. She also communicated with us at all hours! Which meant to sale progressed quickly. We would highly recommend Kate.

Best real estate sales experience in my long life
I selected Kate Yates because I have watched her work in real estate sales at close quarters over many years. To have her weave her sales expertise, product knowledge, accurate advice, empathy for both me as a part-owner and a number of interested buyers, her negotiation skills, liaison skills with lawyers on both sides was to know that the progression of this marketing and eventual sale was largely due to her just-described abilities and her warm and generous personality. I recommend Kate Yates highly as a real estate agent who will market any home in Canberra brilliantly. She is THE BEST!

We had an overwhelmingly positive experience selling our property through Kate. At our initial meeting she respected the fact that we may be canvassing other agents and focused on what she could do for us, rather than pressuring us to sign on the spot. Throughout the process she was accessible and responsive and kept us informed every step of the way. As first time sellers, she took a lot of stress out of the process and patiently responded to our many questions. We wouldn't choose anyone else!
We bought our current home from Kate in 2015. During the entire sales process we were impressed by her friendly, honest and engaging demeanour. Kate was always prepared to go out of her way to arrange inspections, and conducted negotiations for sale in a very professional manner. Several months later we attempted a private sale on our previous home. Four months, and a small number of soul-destroying offers later we engaged Kate’s services to sell this property. Her professionalism and friendly nature again shone through, as did her knowledge and confidence in the market, and three weeks later our place was sold at a significantly higher price than we could have hoped for selling privately.
