We had a very quick and easy sale of our property (by auction). Jim worked hard at ensuring we could get the price we were after. We were interstate throughout the process, but we easily gained confidence in Jim's recommendations and progress. While being considerate of the purchasers' needs, he always had our needs, as the vendors, at the forefront. Jim was always responsive to our questions, and he kept us regularly updated following open inspections and before and after the auction. He continued to keep us updated between the auction and settlement, and was quick to confirm when our settlement went through. We highly recommend Jim :)
