We required a quick settlement on an investment unit and Jim set about the task in a professional and timely manner. Added to his challenge were untidy tenants. Before each home open Jim would arrive early and ensure the kitchen was presentable and cleared any clutter. Jim throughout the process kept us well informed . He was able to get offers after the first home open but thought he could do better. He was correct and after the third opening he secured a more attractive price.
