Richard obtained an offer for full asking price for my property at the very first inspection. It was only on the market for 2 days! Richard was a pleasure to work with, and knows the area and market very well. Richard was professional and provided good invaluable advice, and kept me updated throughout settlement. I would most certainly work with him again. Thank you Richard!

We required a quick settlement on an investment unit and Jim set about the task in a professional and timely manner. Added to his challenge were untidy tenants. Before each home open Jim would arrive early and ensure the kitchen was presentable and cleared any clutter. Jim throughout the process kept us well informed . He was able to get offers after the first home open but thought he could do better. He was correct and after the third opening he secured a more attractive price. Jim is a polite and friendly man .We have no hesitation in recommending Jim to others.
