Rented after first open house.....
This is our second rental home through Vanessa's management. On both occasions we secured tenants on the first open house. Communication has been excellent. Payments always on time. Tenants on the most part have been good with only a few minor concerns around tenants ability to consistently manage yard maintenance. The second home just rented is our own home which has just been renovated. We were very apprehensive about renting out a quality home, however have the utmost confidence in Vanessa to manage our home after we move to Brisbane.

Excellent! Very professional, and caring.
I have had the pleasure of being a tenant with Mackay City Property for 3 years and it terms of our property manager Brianna, she is very responsive to communication, answering emails promptly and with professionalism and kindness. She has always demonstrated a willingness to work with us as tenants and was very caring and kind during a particularly challenging period of my personal life. Her communication style was always kind yet professional. This is something that can be quite rare in the property management space so Brianna and Mackay City Property as a whole have been a breath of fresh air! Reminds me of that old fashioned customer service we used to see back in the day.

Bridget was proactive with communication and consistently keeping us updated. She was helpful, professional, and approachable throughout the entire process. We really appreciated the level of care she showed and going above and beyond to get us a viewing of our new rental property. No ask was too big!

Over 10 years
I have been with my current property management team for over 10 years, and they have been excellent at keeping me in touch and managing issues that have arisen with the minimal fuss and bother to me. I have rotated through a number of tenants (not excessive) during this time, with some problems during a change, but they have earnt their keep in dealing with them and minimising any stress to me.
