We had found the house ourselves, and when we went to visit on an open day we found Joe there. He happily took the time to show us everything about the house and could answer all of our questions. Afterwards he also send us all the documentation we needed. When two weeks later we came again, he clearly remembered us and informed us that there were only a couple days left to make an offer, something we weren't aware of yet. He also helped us go through making our offer and when that turned out to be the winning bid he quickly let us know. He was just as helpful during the settlement period by forwarding any open questions we still had for the original owners and this continued even after the settlement was completed and we moved in.
