Having transacted many properties in the past not all experiences have had happy endings. From the initial meeting with Eric through to closing the deal Eric handled the whole process in a professional and friendly manner, his local knowledge and experience was second to none. We connected well which was a bonus and the constant feedback and communication assisted in a stress free transaction. We witnessed an agent earning his commission working late nights and weekends during Covid-19 restrictions with all the private viewings and through his large buyer data base to find us a purchaser.

Eric is amazing. Honestly I knew within 5 seconds of meeting him that he was the agent to sell my house. I had been meaning to sell my house for at least 10 years so have had quite a few agents go through my property over that time and honestly they all made me cringe internally as there was just no sincerity to them. Eric was and is authentic, honest (a rarity in most agents I’ve dealt with) efficient, reliable, knowledgeable, friendly.. the list goes on. My house sold within hours from the time it was put on the market and sold for more than I expected. Yes the agents fees are slightly higher but the service you get is impeccable and well worth it. The whole team at Mancini are amazing to be honest. Thanks Eric. 👍👏👌

Joe was an absolute delight to deal with. He answered all our questions and was very approachable. Being first home buyers we had lots of questions and Joe was always happy to answer them. He facilitated easy access to the property not only for our initial inspection but also a follow up inspection to measure out some spaces. We highly recommend Joe.

Considering the situation in Melbourne with the lockdown, Eric was always available to speak to or SMS virtually any time of the day. He was always friendly and his knowledge of the real Estate industry and the types of buyers that would be interested in our property was exceptional. I would recommend Eric to anyone wishing to purchase or Sell a property.

Dear Joe, Bernadette and Raymond would like to take this opportunity thank you for your professional and honest approach to our recent sale. From the moment we met you we entrusted you with one of the most important transactions in life. Your sales approach, strategy and confidence made this an effortless and stressful experience. Furthermore, the fact that our property sold in less than 10 business days on the markets demands recognition of what decades of experience delivers. We fully endorse Joe Mancini and Mancini Real estate for their services. Thanks Raymond & Bernadette.
