Eric is amazing. Honestly I knew within 5 seconds of meeting him that he was the agent to sell my house. I had been meaning to sell my house for at least 10 years so have had quite a few agents go through my property over that time and honestly they all made me cringe internally as there was just no sincerity to them. Eric was and is authentic, honest (a rarity in most agents I’ve dealt with) efficient, reliable, knowledgeable, friendly.. the list goes on. My house sold within hours from the time it was put on the market and sold for more than I expected. Yes the agents fees are slightly higher but the service you get is impeccable and well worth it.
