We faced tough markets as significant supply (10+ homes) came on the market in our same post code, only after my Wife and and I put our home up for sale. In these circumstances, a good agent is even more important. Matthew (and the entire MB team) provided prompt, compassionate and commercial advice during our time pressured campaign.
