If you are looking for a professional, credible and reliable Agent to sell your property then look no further than Nathan and his team at McGraths in Ballina. Nathan and his team successfully sold my parents property well within our time frame and well above our expectations. I worked directly with Nathan and Adrian and found their local knowledge of the market place was very impressive, they demonstrated professionalism from day one and backed it up with regular and precise communications up to and after the sale. I must also comment that it was extremely pleasing to deal with a genuine local family business which appreciates the importance of engaging with the community. It was never too much trouble for them to spend quality time with my parents to talk about Ballina, family and friends. I also enjoyed the ‘Mills’ family connection during the process, Nathan was my main contact, then with Glenn on Auction day and later with Rachel for settlement. I highly recommend them as your first and only call when it comes to Real Estate.

A great and quick result.
We listed our property with Glenn and his team for a 6 week marketing campaign followed by an auction. The marketing was expertly produced - great photos and video, executed very professionally. Glenn was on holidays for the first 5 weeks of the campaign, but Nathan, Adrian, Ben and Rachael expertly managed the whole campaign and the house was sold prior to auction at a price with which we were very happy. We would wholeheartedly recommend Glenn, Nathan and the team for their professionalism, good natures and ability to get results.

Next Level Professional Service
Nathan and his team managed all aspects of the sale process very professionally. I was kept up to date after each inspection and open house. They provided that vital connection between buyers and sellers and also liaised with our tenants to make sure they were not impacted or inconvenienced unnecessarily. I felt that Nathan and everyone in the team were using their skills and experience for our benefit to get the best outcome. Every interaction was very clear and respectful.
