Shawn is a great communicator and he explained all facets of the negotiation with us, provided all options available to us and gave us great advice. He kept us informed as to prospective buyers, and once we had a couple of offers, negotiated very well on our behalf. Nothing is too much trouble for Shawn, and we are extremely pleased with the outcome of our sale.

My husband and I have bought and sold numerous properties and have had dealings with quite a few real estate agents. On first speaking and meeting with Adam Gaiter, his no nonsense approach to sales was refreshing. If we asked Adam a question, he would answer honestly. If he didn't know the answer, he would find out and get back to us. He was willing to take a chance on us and our 'thinking outside the square' idea we proposed to help acquire our dream home. Together, we made the deal work and all parties were more than happy. If you want somebody who will work for YOU, call Adam. Oh, he really is a nice guy too.

We have had several dealings with Glenn and his highly competent team over many years. Glenn has always been friendly, upbeat, and available and has provided timely feedback. He has been realistic with his appraisal of the market value of our properties, and used his excellent knowledge of how to generate interest amongst genuine buyers and a database and network of potential buyers at the ready. Glenn has been quick to contact us after an open house to let us know the number of viewings and the serious interest shown. Glenn’s ability to negotiate an exceptional purchase price has been very satisfying. His network of contractors who provided an economical solution to preparing our property for sale is extensive. We would also like to complement Glenn’s team who work in the background doing the work to complete a seamless transaction.
