Good guy, good agent and a great end to end experience
My partner Pierre and I purchased a block of 4 units from Adam sometime ago. We then refurbished the entire block, and engaged Magraths Ballina to manage the asset, which they did for 6 years with only one change of staff ( Both Sarah and Sharon were magnificent). In 2017 , Pierre and I decided to divest, and with Adam's strategic advice and negotiating skills we achieved our projected exit price while being fair to both the purchaser and us, which is a rare skill. If you are looking for a team that provides an end to end service with an ethical approach to all facets of the real estate wheel, I strongly suggest a call to the Magraths Ballina office and Adam in particular.

If I had to do it all over again I’d make the same choices. Adam Gaiter and his team at McGrath are a slick operation where nothing is ever a problem. From the constant interruptions at our first interview right through to getting his own ladder and installing a new battery in the smoke alarm days before auction, Adam has dealt with every situation with aplomb and in a professional manner. He is the ultimate caretaker, treating your property as if it were his own. In what could have been a traumatic process, Adam made selling long-distance a relatively stress-free ordeal. I’d like to thank his wife and family too for relinquishing so much of their time together. Even outside work hours, Adam was happy to discuss, negotiate and troubleshoot issues as they arose, going above and beyond the call of duty. This man is genuinely concerned about you and your needs and acts, as an agent should, supporting and advising based on his vast experience. If anything, Broadwater property prices are lower than surrounding areas and that’s a bit disappointing but hopefully in time, they will appreciate and this lovely little hamlet on the river will be recognised as one of the North Coast’s best little secrets.
