If I had to do it all over again I’d make the same choices. Adam Gaiter and his team at McGrath are a slick operation where nothing is ever a problem. From the constant interruptions at our first interview right through to getting his own ladder and installing a new battery in the smoke alarm days before auction, Adam has dealt with every situation with aplomb and in a professional manner. He is the ultimate caretaker, treating your property as if it were his own. In what could have been a traumatic process, Adam made selling long-distance a relatively stress-free ordeal. I’d like to thank his wife and family too for relinquishing so much of their time together. Even outside work hours, Adam was happy to discuss, negotiate and troubleshoot issues as they arose, going above and beyond the call of duty.
