Very happy with the result
Glen is a very good communicator with both buyers & sellers. The initial offer fell over but Glen found two more buyers resulting in a better outcome. Glen has a great team who handle all enquiries small or large & handled the open days very well

Shawn is a great agent. Always working away diligently keeping me up to date. Follows up inquiries thoroughly from potential purchasers. Shawn has a fantastic friendly nature about him that allows him to communicate freely with people. I also like his common sense practical approach to the behind the scenes items like property presentation and decor. He actively engages with the banks and Conveyancer to resolve any issues with contracts and administration and provides excellent advice when required. Couldn't ask for a better agent.
